We respect the privacy of our customers.  We do not share your address, credit card information or email with any third party.  All customer information is only used to process orders and for our correspondence to keep you informed on our latest product releases and promotions.  If you would like to be removed from any of our correspondence, please email us at Prometheus@PrometheusKKP.com.

We protect all information by using a secure server.  Your credit card information and address are stored encrypted so that they cannot be read as the information is sent over the internet.  We have made it our top priority to keep your information private and shopping experience safe and pleasant one.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged a sales tax. Many states now require us to collect sales taxes for the purchases made through our website.  Please note that if you are not charged sales tax by us, you will be responsible for paying any sales tax due in your state. Currently, we do not ship our cigars to any consumers residing in the state of California.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

CREDIT CARD POLICIES

We process Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received and verify both billing address and zip code.  If your address or zip code does not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for credit card holder and ourselves.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.  Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders. the proof of credit card will be requested.

BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESS

If Billing and Ship-to addresses do not match, the proof of the credit card may be requested.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND LIMITATION

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation neither signifies our acceptance of your order nor constitutes the confirmation of our offer to sell.  We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, and limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason.

SHIPPING POLICY

All merchandise leaves our facility after it is inspected thoroughly.  If your purchased item is received damaged or lost during transit, please contact us via email (Prometheus@PrometheusKKP.com) or phone (1-323-869-9200) immediately. All outer and inner packaging materials must be saved for the inspection by UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service will reimburse us for damages occurred in transit. Currently, we do not ship our cigars to any consumers residing in the state of California.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Order processing time is 1 - 5 days. We will do our best to ship your order on the next business day after we receive your order or at the earliest time possible.  If your order is received on Friday or over the weekend, we will do our best to ship your order on the following Monday if it is not a public holiday or at the earliest time possible. After your order is shipped, the shipment tracking information will be emailed to you. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please email us (Prometheus@PrometheusKKP.com) your required receipt date after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once an online order is placed, it cannot be changed online. However, we may be able to modify or cancel your order if your order has not already been shipped to you.  Please email us (Prometheus@PrometheusKKP.com) your request for cancellation or change of order immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We guarantee your complete satisfaction on every product we sell and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Should you find that something is not to your satisfaction, please contact us via email (Prometheus@PrometheusKKP.com) immediately.  We will do our best to remedy the situation.  We do not accept the return of your order for refund or exchange.  All sales are final.
