for America...where freedom made their dreams come true.
In 1992, Carlos Fuente, father and son, harvested the first wrapper
from their seeds of hope on Chateau de la Fuente In La Republica Dominica.

In commemoration of the Tenth Anniversary of Fuente Fuente OpusX in 2002,
Prometheus International, Inc. released two original Fuente documentary movies.

The Platinum Edition Fuente documentary movies were presented in two DVD's.

The first DVD contains the main movies directed by James Orr.

The Fuente Family: An American Dream in the Platinum Edition is produced in Spanish and English Version. Andy Garcia narrated the Spanish version and Joe Mantegna, the English version. In the Spanish version, the interview with the Fuente family members is subtitled.

Fuente Fuente OpusX: Making of a Legend is also produced in both English and Spanish versions. The Spanish version is subtitled.

The Platinum edition came with two Fuente Fuente Forbidden X cigars (6 1/4 x 48) in crystal tube. These cigars have the special band signifying the new brand, Fuente Fuente Forbidden X, from Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia.

A total of 10,000 Platinum DVD sets with these two cigars were released for the whole world. A portion of the sales proceed was donated to Cigar Family Charitable Foundation.
